Tzatziki Dip

Here is a quick and easy dip, perfect to pair with crackers or as part of a mezze platter with Baba Ganoush, Hummus and Falafel. Made with thick Greek yogurt, cucumber and a bit lemon, Tzatziki is so fresh and refreshing. Traditionally Greek, it is usually eaten widely with pita bread. Along with the cucumber, I have also added some grated radish to enhance the freshness and add more vegetables to the nutritious salad.
