A great post-workout drink to give you that energy boost. We have tried this with various alternative milks. However, Oat milk in our opinion has a subtle flavour and sweetness that does not mask the taste of other ingredients and so we prefer that!

Ingredients
- 40 gms whey protein
- 1 Medjool date
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
- 200 ml oat milk
- 2-3 ice cubes
- 50 ml cold water
Method
- Weigh the protein in a blending jar.
- Add all the ingredients listed above and blend until you form a smooth shake.
