Whey Protein and Date Milkshake

A great post-workout drink to give you that energy boost. We have tried this with various alternative milks. However, Oat milk in our opinion has a subtle flavour and sweetness that does not mask the taste of other ingredients and so we prefer that!

Total cook time: 10 minutes

Servings: 2


  • 40 gms whey protein
  • 1 Medjool date
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 200 ml oat milk
  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • 50 ml cold water


  1. Weigh the protein in a blending jar.
  2. Add all the ingredients listed above and blend until you form a smooth shake.
